  1. Garbage Collection
    1. Identify/demote/delete abonded DFZ pkgs (*)
    2. Identify/correct/delete pkgs content from abonded userids 
  2. Remove redundant A.A entries
    1. Remove/rename obsolete/orphan prom/prod sites (*) (**)
    2. Identify/remove unused ltps/procs in A.A
  3. Repair Referential Integrity
    1. Remove obsoleted ltps from existing pkgs (*)
    2. Ensure A.A.2 ltps match with A.A.B ltps
  4. Retrofit historical admin changes
    1. Reload pkg approval lists APPROVER/PACKAGE/RELOAD (new ZMF 8.3) in all DFZ pkgs (*)
    2. Retrofit renamed stg models
  5. Initial component history load using XML services (instead of PGM=CMNBAHST)
    1. Create mbr lists (and PDF stats) using MEMBER/SERVICE/LIST (*)
    2. Create initial component history using CMPONENT/HISTORY/CREATE

The items marked with "(*)" at the end, are IMO the best fits to get started with. Because they are:

  1. fairly easy to explain the challenge, 
  2. not too much work to prepare the required demo material,
  3. probably applicable to pretty much any CMN/ZMF implementation).
